Avid Legend Runners are advised to diarise the dates Friday 6 and Saturday 7 May for another exciting challenge.
This year will very much see Legend Runner get back to pre-Covid status, with a 7 km and 15 km obstacle race through Paarl and the slopes of Paarl Mountain as well as a very exciting edition in the form of the first ever Interschools 2 km Challenge.
And local businesses are joining hands with Legend Runner and during the race competitors will be treated to special surprises at partaking eateries.
The focus on this year’s race will be tourist destinations of Paarl and some of these will also be visited en route by competitors. A general mardi gras atmosphere will also be created for the whole town to enjoy.
Entrants are again invited to dress-up for this fun event, this year’s theme being “Run like a Zombie”.
There will be prizes at stake for best dressed runners.
