Music lovers can look forward to a night of great entertainment when two of Stellenbosch’s talented musical exports, Luna Paige and Gerald Clark, will perform at the Old Mission Church in Long Street, Montagu, on Sunday 26 April.

This collaboration, The Lovemore Show, is presented by the Montagu Museum and Dassierock Concerts and will kick off at 19:00.

Having made their mark as successful solo artists, Luna and Gerald have been performing together since 2011 when they ended up on an unexpected journey across South Africa. The combination proved a hit and left audiences crying out for more.

Since then they have both been very active. Luna released her own albums, Storielied and Borders andamp; Beyond, and toured in the Netherlands, while Gerald released his blues album Black Water and travelled to the Ukraine to perform.

Now they have joined forces again to work on a new, improved version of their show.

For the Montagu leg of the Lovemore Show local trombonist Jannie Hanepoot will be weaving his own magic together with Luna and Gerald.

Tickets to the show cost R100, which includes a complimentary muscadel. Concert goers are welcome to bring their own bottle of something to drink. Glasses will be provided
