Strand Private Academy Foundation Phase School and ECD held their annual sports day on Saturday 26 March.
Taking place at the Gustrouw Sports Grounds, it was described as well-organised.
Toddlers to nine-year-olds took part in the event.
Zahida Wentzel, principal of Strand Private Academy, said the event attracted the entire family. “It drew more than 150 people, and it was a fun day out for everyone,” she said.
One of the parents described the enjoyment of the day, dubbing it a resounding success. “I want to thank the principal, teachers, coaches, parents and every family member who attended. I also have to thank all of the kids that attended. You are all winners.”
